I joined the Total Fitness workout three times a week after being inspired by the videos by Sheba. She exudes confidence, transparency, and courage with a smile. All of this as she recovered from hip replacement! She lets us know what is possible for women over sixty-five in gaining and maintaining good physical and mental health through movement and strength training.
Before I started, I was dealing with a knee replacement, painful arthritis, a lack of energy, and irregular sleep habits. My goals were weight loss, more energy, better tone, and increased strength.
Since joining AgelessWorkout, I have noticed increased energy, weight loss, and increased strength. I am now able to walk more and complete a 60-minute workout.
AgelessWorkout has changed my life. I sleep much better, stay more active, and move much more. I am happier with a more positive outlook!
I also joined my local Senior Center exercise group. I have seen significant improvement in weight loss, strength, and tone over the past three months.
